Home loan payment of a lump some of R100, 000

I made a payment of R100, 00 for my home loan account on the 4 April 2013but i did not receive any response from the above mentioned bank. instead i being charged interests. I only received a statement in June, dated 30/04 2013. I do not know where it got delayed for almost two months. I asked them to restructure the loan based on the balance i have presently on the day i made that payment. And told them that I do not need any any other loan from them, because i do not have a salary anymore. That was moneys from my pension. As I am on ill health retirement. When I went in to two of their branches, they sent me back and forth. one of them mentioned the fact that the loan could have been paid off. But instead they gave me a new installment of R1362.40
