FNB Insurance Brokers
All round bad!

So I use fnb, as a bank I have loved them, love the fair pricing and love the service.. till now!

I thought I love fnb so much I would like an insurance quote on a car, seems simple right? Wrong!
I got a call froma girl in training, which while irksome, I can understand, so after much backwards and forwards I got my quote... double what the going rate is! and I dont mean 100 to 200 here I mean they quote me 2300 rand for a Hybrid! Pretty much the whole hippo and every other company I called not on hippo quotes me 1, 4k.

Now this was bad and so surprising I thought I had to email FNB... bad mistake on my part it seems as I got a woman (Leda Etole?) who called me back later in afternoon. Pretty Much I dont understand and I need to think how cereal is sold in shops... its sold at different prices and if I feel I need to relook at all my FNB products well that my issue, since I dont understand anything.. THE! I thought I would get ok service, You guys charge what you charge, and do not care what competitors do or what loyal customers would like.. thats your issue, pretty much being told Im a and I can relook at all my financial products from you! Thats mine!
