Took money out of my account, dont even have policy

Ref: AL1968262x1!!! Money was taken from my account, i dont even have a policy with you guys they said this is another persons policy but my banking details, so please kindly tell me how the did you get proof of this guys bank acc??? where is he's statements showing its his account!!!??? someone is clearly sleeping and not doing their job! veryfing banking details is a standard procedure, or can i just buy a car and have it debited from your account???
