How can i move your banking fwd

You having a laugh mate - they have to google their kaylani JHB branch. Not the call centre, Team leaders or Managers know about this branch but our Business account is held at this branch. One central number -is this to annoy the held out of your customers!!!

tried to get to the relevant department for an hour on the phone. one pass you over to the other same freak in answer.

STD BANK... SPEAKING, HOW MAY I MOVE YOUR BANKING FWD. are you kidding me - what are the job requirements for these staff - BEE - i would think product knowledge, your freak in branches, systems to name a few.
