Very unhappy with the service

I took up a two policies with Sanlam and the the broker advised that the first debit will be on the 26th of February but to my outer shock I was deducted the money from my salary. It appeared on my payslip on the 22nd as a deduction. I had sent a cancellation email on they [Email Removed] email the 7th of January and did not receive confirmation of the email being received. Now the rude consultant by the name of SLONDILE NKABINDE told me since I did not receive a confirmation email I will not be reimbursed for the money they took from my account. I am truly unhappy with this and I am glad i will not be part of this company.
