I made 3rd party claim

Their client drove into my vehicle on my side of the road when I had 2 wheels off the road to avoid the accident and was stationary. This ocurred on 5 May 2013 and the first communication I received from Mutual and Federal was 11 July 2013. Their offer was R6 000 under the cheaper quote and no compensation for replacement vehicle or storage. I emailed Raimund Snyders on 18 July and he said he would get Claims Manager, Heidi Das to contact me. He said to give them 7 days which cost me R1 050 in storage and neither of them came back to me.
