Unsolved case for 4-5 months

I had an accident on the 11th of march 2013, where by i was hit from behind by a Mutual and Federal client, i was advised that the car has to be towed by them and taken care of, from that day of the accident, to my surprise, after a 3 weeks of no feed back, hence they had my contact details, i found out that the car was now moved to a storage place in springs of which the amount of storage by then was above R16, 000.00, i tried to talk to them, and was posted from pillar to post of which they told me to take care of the storage my self, of which i did not authorize the towing, they asked me to email all documents needed, i did that on there17 of April 2013, and did not get any feed backs, i called them every week and emailed them, by then i got a response end of May, and a settlement was drawn on the 25th of June 2013, of which my storage fees was now R36, 700.00, i was shocked, and the insurance was offering me R37, 982.22, they took their time on my case after they have moved my vehicle and not informing me of any pending, i signed their offer on the 25th of June 2013, hopping that they will pay during their window period, but up to now i have received nothing
