A pipe from my geyser started leaking slowly and within a day turned into an emergency. I contacted FFW who helped me efficiently. The plumbers had arrived within two hours of me making the call early on a sunday morning. After my initial call, I had 2 follow up calls, first one to find out if the plumbers had arrived and another to find out about the progress/completion of the job. I am very happy and very impressed with the service. Leaking pipe was fixed in under 30 minutes.
