I have sent 2 emails and had no response to my complaint sent to Nedbanks clientfeedback email adress regarding a duplicate payment. I require a refund which was declined due to no arrangement being made.
I Spoke to 3 agents and made arrangements with all 3 .
I did not agree to pay 2 installments as deducted.
