I reversed my payments for African Bank in December however when i returned from holiday in January i called and made arrangements, i was called by an agent one week later informing me that i need to make payment arragements for my loans i explianed that i already did however she claimed there was nothing on the system. i accepted and made another arrangement to pay however come pay day they do the total opposite of the payment arrangement made. i called to enquire on the 27/01, spoke to Supervisor Sam Mokgoka and was told i will be called back by 4:30 that day however he never called, i called back on the 28th twice to speak to him. when i spoke to him he informed me i made the payment arragements as too how they debited but i dont agree as i know the payment arragement i made. tired of African Bank and there useless consultants. they debit when it suits them they make payment arrangements as to there liking. pathetic service i will never deal with them again!!!
