Hi,

I am not happy with the service I am receiving from Standard Bank. I applied for a Ucount card in June 2013 and I was told that I will receive it after 21 days. I was expecting it mid July 2013. I made a follow up on the 31st of August 2013, and I was told that they will send another one. When I asked if it was sent from the beginning? they say it was sent but no proof nothing. I asked them what are they going to do now to make sure that I receive it - was not happy with the answer. Then Tori William said I do not have to worry about the card since I have my cheque card. So my question is - why do I need to not worry if I pay every month for the card? am I not supposed to get it? YOUR SERVICES STANDARD BANK. The lady I first spoke to did not know anything, especially about your products - which is so disgusting and a disgrace to serve a customer without knowing your products. REF.3870103

Can you also include a survey after each call that one makes
