Receive no accounts - even after request

Hi! I phoned last week Tuesday (07/01/2014) customer care to enquire about my account and request statements, since I have not received any account or statement since I opened my account beginning December 2013.
I was told by the operator he sent the request for my Dec & Jan account to be emailed to me and I will receive it within the next 48hours. It is a week later AND still NOTHING! And it doesn't help I keep phoning to find out my balance and payment due since it keeps saying my account number is invalid - but the operator immediately found my account when I gave him the account number.
I would appreciate my account. How do you expect me to pay you with no statement or account???
