Frustrating service -Nedbank MFC & Call Centre

I've been trying to contact the Nedbank's MFC department for weeks now to fix THEIR mistakes on THEIR systems w.r.t the details they have of my car. Apparently i drive a VOLKSWAGEN TUCSON, and i'm trying to get this corrected as no such car exists. It's a Hyundai Tucson.

They clearly say they don't take responsibility for any mistakes, however they also don't seem to want to take responsibility to fix it either.

I've been cut off 4 times and i keep asking them not to put me on hold but to fix the issue, with no luck thus far.

For someone that has been with Nedbank for over 15 years i find this service unacceptable. I guess it's time to move to another more helpful bank as they clearly don't make it pleasure to bank with them.
