BAD SERVICE FROM NEDBANK IN TERMS OF MF

I settled my vehicle with Nedbank over 10 days ago- have called them 5 times each call taking - 17 minutes to follow up on my vehicle papers as I have a buyer for this car only to be told the same story but arrival dates change. It has been over 2 weeks and I still do not have my OWN VEHICLE PAPERS and now have two cars to worry about. NEDBANK never apologies nor accepts responsibility- This is not the first time I have had bad service with this bank. Once again you have my money so I am unimportant!
