Money deducted twice in a month

I took personal loan from absa when I was employed, and am now unemployed and did go to my branch to report the matter, but no one could help me. I had money deposited in my account which absa deducted to pay personal loan arrears, I never had a problem with that but on the 22/07/2013 money was transferred after I received a call from one of the consultant, I told her I don't understand how can she demand the money whereas I have notified absa of my situation, and if she wants me to pay on the 22/07/2013 will they deduct again on month end, she told me they will call me to discuss the payment arrangement which I was fine about it, but now as surprised they deducted money after I spoke to her about my situation. am so angry cause absa is letting their consultant to check our money movements as that lady told me when and how I get funds on my account, I don't have a problem paying the loan but the way they treating me is unfair, as I did not ask to be unemployed!!!
