MONEY DEDUCTED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT

Please refer to previous complaints (10 September 2013). Money was deducted out of my savings account without my knowledge or consent. I did file for a case regarding this matter and I am not satisfied with the feedback I received from Absa regarding this matter. I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS LOAN THEY SAID I'VE OPENED BY ABSA. I refuse to pay for something I did not open. There is NO prove that I have signed for this loan and ABSA does not have the right to take money out of my personal savings account. I have spoken to several people, but it seems that no one wants to take ownership of this case. I have dealt with Maggie Forbes, Pixie Van Aarde and Elardus and now Dimakatso Monyane is busy with my case. She is very unprofessional and rude to her clients and definitely doesn't know how to deal with customers. She never reply on emails I've sent or call back on messages I left and if I am so lucky to get hold of her she tells me I mustn't tell her how to do her job. This is very unprofessional and I can see now why ABSA is losing so many clients. I have already moved my transactional account to FNB where I receive the client service I deserve. All I want is my money.
