Money is missing

My Absa personal loan goes off by debit order every month from my FNB account. I phone the Absa personal loans call centre to find out what I need to do if I want to pay off my personal loan earlier. I was told that I need to go into the branch and do this. I went to the branch at Kolonade and the consultant told me no, I can just pay the money into the Personal loan and it will settle automatically. I paid R21 0000 on 22 March 2013 and on 10 April 2013 I paid another R3 000.There was an amount of -R350 outstanding on the loan and I phoned the call centre where they told me Absa will only take the amount that is still outstanding. On 2 May 2013 Amy normal debit order of R1 038, 37 went off. I could only go to an Absa branch on Wednesday 23 May 2013 and the consultant said she can see the account was closed and debit order cancelled, but can not see where the rest of the money went to. A ledger was made out for the -R780 but it is no where to be found. Please assist as I need the money urgently. Regards
