Morning!!!

1stly i have noticed that you do not respond to facebook complaints, yet you have 14, 000 customers who likes your fb page.

secondly you hardly reply to complaints here.

Today, 20/02/2012 at 9h20a.m we went to Standatd Bank cnr Landros and Thabo Mbeki streets, in Polokwane to ask for a Proof of Residence Adress (PRA) for my friend so we could go to open a club account at FNB.

She was told that Standard Bank is not a municipality and does not issue PRAs as such. that was shocking, all other banks including Capitec and African Bank issues PRAs, i mean even clothing stores...

Thats the worst service. i simply adviced her to quit banking with a bank which is not ttransparent, paying R100.00 a month and still be denied a 1 page proof of residence? that...

Please respond to crucial complaints both here and on facebook. i see you only respond when you feel like.
