I have been banking with ABSA since 2003. lately i am experiencing bad service from them regarding FICA. late last year (2012) i submitted my proof of residence to my branch in Market street, and i was able to access my funds. now lately i was unable to access my funds again on the 14 June 2013, when i enquired i was told to FICA again. i did so on the 15th at a local branch of Jabulani mall and was able to access my funds. then again i am unable to access my funds, when i call the HQ they tell me i should FICA again. what is this? if this is how ABSA treats its clients, i am going to move my account to another bank that will appreciate me.
