Your own account and you cant get your adress cha

I've been trying to get my address changed at the bank for ever and you have to jump through hoops to do this. I tell you this is just ridicules. If you don't have proof of residence and not even a SARS print out with a stamp works then please also do not cross out a thing on a letter you get through the post. Even paying your accounts through the bank account with proof letters dose not work. I ask who in there right mind will pay a account that does not belong you? I like FNB but, sometime I wonder if I really count as a customer or are you just to rich as a bank for me. All I would like is help changing my address. Is this to much to ask.
