SWITCHING BANKS!!!

Good day

I am extremely disappointed in FNB- I have always recommended all my friends and family to sitch over to FNB but I think I should be the one switching over.

FNB promises so much and highlights their perks better than any other bank but they are so slow honestly its being a month since I applied for a credit card and after laying a complaint directly with FNB. I am still waiting for a response on whether it was accepted or declined not to mention that I am still waiting for my complaint response from them directly.

I am very diasppointed and I am seriously thinking about more over to Standard bank because of their lack of service and there perks which always has a catch!
