Standard bank buggering up my credit scoring

I recently applied at Standard Bank for a limit increase, it got declined, I then applied at FNB, got declined (Lack of disposable income). I then decided to do a credit check on myself, seeing that I know more or less what my affordability works out to. That is why I could not understand FNB also declining my app. The scoring on my credit record is 810, That was when I saw that Std loaded my credit card on twice! ( I look after my record as if it is gold! Totally buggering up my balance exposure etc. I then phoned the complaints department spoke to Robyn. She looked into the problem (Credit profile and decline) She promised to get back to me by the following day... She did not.. I then phoned again on Friday 03/05/2013 (also a promise of feedback) she apparently never even logged the complaint as the agent I spoke to could find no record of the complaint to date still no response. I cannot believe in the total lack of courtesy and professionalism from standard bank. When I enquired about the declined reason they could not advise me on why. Which according to the NCA they have to (as far as I can recollect). STEP IT UP! Next step banking ombudsman.
