I won't give half of my complaints here as that will make it too wordy. When they phone though I will however give them the full run down.

After a long fight with your insanely rude and incompetent staff at the Lynnwood branch, as I have been FICA'd more times than I can remember in the last year but your system was never updated, this lady heard my struggle and with the help of the assistant manager eventually helped me move off my fluid account which was 2 years overdue as I have been 18 for a long time. No one however explained any details or options of any of your different offers to me and I was immediately, as a student who's unemployed, upgraded to a Gold Account? The bank is charging me R100 a month for something I didn't ask or know of and I never even touch any of those benefits so it's way too extravagant. The lady who helped me though was inexperienced but at least unlike your ridiculously rude and arrogant sales officers, she tried to help me.

I want someone to phone me to downgrade me to another account more suitable to a student as I am never setting a foot in that branch until my card expires in 3 years.
