You can debt when arrangements have been made

On wed the 24th of July i was called by an agent from african bank they wanted to query why i didnt pay last month so i had asked them what date did the debt order go through they replied, on the 28th sir, i advised them to change my debt order to the 2nd of every month which they have done and have sent me a conformation sms telling me that my debt order date has been changed successfully. after all that they still went and debeted my account on the 28 who gives you the right to do as you please with someone elses account!!!
