I am currently under Debt Review, African Bank was sent all the documents to notify them that i am now under debt review with ADCAP, these documents were sent to them on the 30th of October, my debt counsillor even sent them proof, i need my debit order to be reversed as soon as possible, but i am being given a run around, i have a Zero balance on my account as we speak, please Hello Peter assist me. today the 15th of November 2013 i have been on the phone with African Bank the whole day. please assist me.
I am also considering reporting to the Ombudsman.
