Outsurance
2nd complaint in a week!!!

Seriously now... after my previous complaint, Yes Lancelot called me ONCE (while i was driving) so i didn't pick up (on Friday) left a sms for me to call him back. Today i call him, and he isn't in the office (which is ok) so i spoke to Patricia Mmope who could NOT help me at all, even though Shantel Govender said Thursday/Friday that I can call the Legal dept Monday and speak to anybody cause they will be able to help me cause she will not be in! And you know what, funny enough, Patricia was so quick to want to divert my call to anyone that she even said she was going to divert it to Shantel, WHICH IS NOT IN!! I had to tell her that she is not in today "oh uhm... let me see (i wait) oh yes, sorry, Shantel is not in her office which probably means she is not in today" REALLY??? Then i ask how long Lancelot will be taking "i don't know, maybe he went for a coffee or something" Ok can you get him to call me back? "ok sure, you say this is Nancy, ok ill get him to call you back" and she didn't even take my number down!!! REALLY PATHETIC!!! what is up with all the people who work there? is any of them competent??? SO FURIOUS!!! definitely leaving outsurance after all this!!
