I got a call on the 15th from Mzwakhe on this special deal which I quite liked. I agreed to take on that contract. I was told that within 7 days if im not happy I can cancel this contract. my problem is not that I wanted to cancel but they ported my number which took immediate effect and I was sitting without a phone. I mean I already have an I phone but I took this contract for R79- per month for R100 airtime. its been over a week and my clients, friends and family have been trying to get hold of me and the message states that this number does not exist. that is not all a friend passes away and I was told that I was sent an sms 2 days ago informing me of her passing but im not getting my messages. I also receive bank notifications but not at the moment because im sitting without a sim. I wasn't told that the port wud take effect immediately. I have called my network to reverse the port to its original but im told that it cant be done until this contract is cancelled. I called FNB sales and instructed them to cancel because I was so desperate to get my number back. it is now 5 days ago and they still have not cancelled it. I am so frustrated. Never again will I purchase over phone
