FNB simply doesn't work

Being sick of my bank I decided to move across to FNB. When my account was eventually opened I tried to book airplane tickets but was foiled by 'verify by visa'. I followed the necessary steps to activate my credit card but couldn't because I keep getting a 'no data returned from request' error message. I went into the bank to try and verify my card but they were stumped and couldn't help. I tried the next day to fix the problem through their customer call centre but they were equally as useless and didn't call me back as promised.
I also can't download the banking app because of the same error message. I have been unhappy with FNB since day one and still don't have my airplane ticket, which is a few hundred rand more expensive already.
Added to that I get emails from them telling me that I haven't deposited money into my account yet, I don't think I will be since I'm probably going to have to stay with my bank and their service but at least they work.
