Can't use my FNB credit card for online purchase!!

I am unable to make a purchase online using my FNB Business Credit Card. When I try to make a purchase, I get a 'Verified by Visa' message, telling me to Activate 'Verified by Visa' on my FNB Card.
I tried to activate this in online banking, but was unable to find the option to do so.
I then called FNB, spoke to Lebo, who told me I would not be able to do it unless I opened a Personal account. I have at least 5 different back accounts, two of them with FNB. I do not want to have to visit a branch and apply for another one. All I want to do is use my own Business Credit Card for an online purchase. Is that too much to ask?
