Cancelling my policy no longer employed wont affo

Im octavia manana policy number 112496102 the consaltand told me that they will only debit 105 on my bank and she ddnt mention that the first month they will take my 200rands on my bank acc, so im not happy about it icalled them they said they are sorry about it they said they will refund me my 150 so idnt understand whats going on.itold the consaltand that iwant to cancel it, then he gave me a wrong email adress, please guys can you help me on this issue im sorry idnt mean to be rude but ijust want it to be cancelled please
