NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT ON HELLO PETER

I had an issue recently and posted it on Hello Peter on 8 February 2013 after trying in vain to get Standard Bank to assist me. Well, guess what? More of the same. A quick standard message responding to my message saying it will be assigned to come or other specialist and I have STILL not heard anything. From your non-response to most of the other clients, I guess this is how you operate? And you are a Company who Responds? So what now? You don't bother to respond on Hello Peter either? So banking ombudsman is next I guess. Your 'service' is pathetic
