Worst customer service in the world!!!

Baleseng at the FNB Village Mall Hartbeespoortdam is the worst FNB employee I've ever had to deal with and the worst part is that with every encounter I have with her it gets worse. The first time she treated my mother like up to a point were I had to step in. The last encounter she looked at me as if I was a homeless person witch I am definitely not, I am actually the owner of a business. She was very rude and threw the money I asked for around on the counter and then in front of me. I'm not in the least bit impressed with her and I cant believe that FNB would employ such a person. She could definitely learn a thing or two from the staff at FNB FESTIVAL MALL OR AT LEAST FROM PATRICIA at that branch, she is always friendly, sufficient and goes out of her way to help you. FNB DO SOMETHING!!!
