WORST MANAGER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I went to the store to purchase just 2 things and since they DO NOT HAVE A DISADBLED PEOPLES COUNTER visible to be used by people with disabilities i went to the customer services counter to go pay there as per usual. The manager was there, i watched him having a bad encounter with an old indian woman and he answered her harshlY. As i got there to pay for my items he told me to go pay at the counters like everyone else. As i asked him if he does not see that i have a disability and standing there with a crutch, he told me that thats why they have express tills wich also had long ques. I even told him that he was being rude and does not know the laws of the south african constitution. This was the worst service ever hearing a manager speak like that. This is the reason why even his employees like sherika ramlakan are so rude to the customers. He took his frustrations from the previous customer out on me. he is the worst manager eve
