I had a 24 month contract account from 2009.06 expiring 2011.06.30 with Virgin Mobile. I have been regularly honouring my contract until the last month of my contract. To my surprise there were still amounts deducted from my bank account of which I did not authorised and I do not understand why do I have to be blacklisted after my contract has expired. If you can check my phone usage I last used my phone about - 4 months prior my contract ending show no interest to continue renewing the contract and I never received any call or message notifying me if I needed to renew my contract or not up until after 6 months later 15 December 2011 as per the person I spoke to named Sithembile. The contract was for 24 months and paid to the last payment date. It would be much appreciated if all the charges incurred are reversed, it is having a negative impact on my credit record. I hope my plea would not reach the deaf ear since I have been trying to resolve without any success from virgin mobile people
