Unethical conduct of Cell C

After just 2 months of having signed a contract with Cell C, I am bitterly disappointed with the service I have received. Although my contract has been paid, it has been three days and they have still not acknowledged payment, thus the service I have paid for is not available to me. My contract states that within 3 HOURS of payment my contract will be reactivated, yet I am told that because they have not honoured the signed agreement, I will STILL be liable to pay for 24 months if I cancel the contract. What I don't understand is how I am required to pay for a service that I do not receive. Despite payment, I have had my contract cut off twice in the space of one month. Essentially, I am paying for nothing and this is a huge inconvenience. I do not feel that it is ethical to conduct affairs as Cell C has, nor do I believe the consumer should have to be liable for payment of services not received. Cell C, if you want to change your fax numbers for proof of payment, communicate with your customers. It should not be my problem, and I should not have to chase you down. Get organised and evaluate the way you practice business.
