Totally unacceptable and breach of contract

In 2011 I took out a loan at Bayport in 2012 I was retrenched and made payment arrangements with Bayport I went to their offices they made a copy of my retrenchment letter. They kept phoning me. When I got a job in 2013 a consultant came to see me that made me sign a Paper that I will pay them off R627 per month and that the payment will go off on the 1st of each month from my bank account. The first payment went of on the 23rd for the amount of R997.07! that is totally the opposite from the contract that I signed with them. I immediately reported this but they chose to ignore me. The month after that the payment went off on the 27th for the amount of R997.07! this is totally unacceptable and breach of contract. I'm really not happy?
