I am disgusted with the service i received from Pinelands. On Monday the 22 July i went into the bank, to inform them that my whole bag had been. I asked if there was a way that i could get money from my account. The enquiry assistant said that i needed proof of ID i had just explained to her that it had all been. She said I still needed proof of ID. I enquired how she would like me to do that when i had no money for the applicatiion. I said that there had to be some way that I was able to get MY money from MY account. Again she reiterated that I needed to have an application at least for my ID. I informed her that I had a copy of my ID however, it was not certified. She was not interested.By this stage she had called the branch manager, who reiterated the same thing. She then asked me if Idid cellphone banking to which I replied no. She enqired if I did internet banking. She consulted with a consultant, the consultant also asked me if I did cellphone banking I said no. She said well if I did I could have used something called e wallet. She said well lets check as im not sure its available on internet banking but lets see. For the remainer of this contact me FNB.
