Fnb cant assist

I have a personal loan with fnb and ive been paying them religously everymonth. i have been banking with fnb scince i know myself and have been a loyal customer. i approached the bank to find finacial advice and a possible debt consolidation because i was really struggling to manage my funds and figured if i can combine everything it would work out better. fnb refused. i applied for a home loan and fnb decined meanwhile i was approaved and finaced through StandardBank. i dont see why i should keep this account... fnb doesnt care about their customers financial wellbeing. as long as they raking in their bank charges. im really not impressed i approached Fnb in serious need but clearly im just a number.
