FNB not a responsible lende

I have always had a great experience with FNB up until recently. I just came out of debt and cleared most of my debt and was in good standings were i was phoned by by FNB at the last part of the year where they want to over me a Revolving Loan and soon after I was just phoned that I was approved for a overdraft of over a R100000 and didnt even have time to agree and the money was made available. All off this was at good interest rates of 12% and 8%, etc. Well I used some of the debt as it was offered, my own stupidity I was yet again in debt. So I am struggling to pay all my creditors and the banking fees was just lining up with interests. Now I am over in debt and have a cashflow problem I applied online for a personal loan or any help but I am declined for all and if they over me a loan it is at an interest rate of 31% which is the maximum. I decided now I will go for debt counselling because FNB was no help to me.

For the bank that advertises as the bank that says more often "yes". It is most possible true they only try and dealt you more into debt and then just no more help.
