Why cant FNB help me?

I am foreginer been banking with FNB for almost 3 years now. I cant get a loan from any bank and now my last hope is my bank FNB. Due to the fact tht I was not able to get a loan I end up getting credit cards from diferent suppliers. Now I am paying a lot of money per month so I want co consolidate my debts to a monthly fixed payment. I cant also get a consolidation loan fro any bank. I dont need the money into my pocket all I want is the bank to consolidate all the loans directly with all my credit providers without transfering the funds to my account. My account is used up everymonth not becoz i dont earn enough salary. I have a gud salary but i have a lot of debts to pay every month so what i want is can FNB help me settle all my accounts into one? I am not ITC listed and do have a good report with all my creditors.the only problem is my account balance sometimes goes to zero after i hv paid a lot of debts. Please FNB why cant you help me? Only becoz I am a foreigner? I do hv permanent residence but no ID yet. How can you help me FNB? There should be a day where we should help each other. And that day isnt it today? If its today then help me
