TAKE A BREAK - WHAT A JOKE!

I contacted the Call Centre to request a break from my loan payment, and this was arranged via the consultant. Well, this morning I woke up and the debit order has gone off nonetheless. I am extremely upset about this since I have explained that I needed to pay the deposit for my child's school fees. I dont have a clue now how I will do this. I ask one thing, and take a break in any case is just for one month and they recover the full amount the very next month alongside the owing installment, and yet they cannot get this right. I would like someone to contact me urgently - I want that money back in my account today please.
