Empty promises

I am so disappointed in your service. I recently joined the medical aid and I am now already regretting. I have ordered cards since 05 July and I was told by your consultant that it would be delivered in two weeks time and when the two weeks had passed without receiving anything, I called again which another consultant told me that it normal takes about three weeks and guess what, I called in again today and the consultant told me that it usually takes two weeks which I am now so confused that your consultants either do not know what they are doing or they are just lazy to do their jobs properly. The lady I just spoke too suggested that I order the cards again which I refuse to do because I actually do not have time to waste anymore. I work a block from discovery and I always suggest that the cards can be delivered there and I can pick them up but each and everytime I get different stories.
