Plain Incompetent

I took out a legal aid policy with Clientele in May. My debit order date is the 28th of every month. They informed me that in the event that the date falls on a weekend or a public holiday, they would deduct on the last working day before that date, fair enough. In June the debit order went through on the 23rd despite the fact that the 28th was a friday and not a holiday. When I queried this, I was told some and bull story which did not make sense. They promised to rectify it. Fast forward to July they still get it wrong. Now I ask myself, if they cannot get a debit order date right, how about when I have a more difficult issues, will they get them sorted? For me thats plain old incompetence.
