Do Not Trust FNB with loans!!!

Being with FNB, you would think that they would give you good service. But unfortunately they do not care at all. 2 months ago I took out a loan of R20k, but the next day I went back to reverse it, the woman who helped me was very... and told me I have to transfer the money over and then come back, I told her no! Im gonna do it from my phone and then she must cancel it so that they do not deduct money... so then she claimed it was canceled, but the end of the month came and FNB deducted just over R1000 from my account, wich now caused me the inconvienience of taking time off work to go back to the branch and fight to get my money back and cancel the loan, another lady then phoned in and told them to cancel it, once again! Its was not canceled and yesterday an amount of R235 went off stating Personal Loan. What a pathetic service, you would think they actually care about their customers, when in actual fact they don't. It is causing me so much inconvienience and I expect this issue to be sorted ASAP! I will never reccomend FNB as a Loan Partner to anyone, and will soon switch bank accounts once I have the chance, because I do not need a Bank like this in my life.
