Double deduction of loan and they dont care

On the 11/07/2013 the bank took of my loan amount that i owe them as my uif went into my account when i went into the bank i see they deducted the same amount that was deducted on the 11th and when i phoned them to make a reversal the person in collection department said to me they cant reverse the transaction because i am behind on mu payments.i told him i made arrangements to reduce my loans because i am unemployed at the moment but that they refuse to give the money back and i think that is bad service from a institute like that to operate like that and i asked them to call me back and he said they cant.
i will take my banking somewhere else where there is more compaction for there clients and the bank then can wait for there money that i owe them i will just pay what i can afford even if it is just R10.00 per month they can wait for it
