A problem with my Chipped FNB card

Occurred as i tried to withdraw cash from the ATM i then went into the Branch "Centurion"
Where they agreed it was a fault with the card I then needed to draw the cash urgently where
the lady advised they would give me a temp card at the cost of R60 I advised that i was not prepared to pay
for a Temp card as it was not my fault the chip was not working on the original card.the lady then advised that she would note it on the system and that they would refund me. I then received notification my new card was ready for collection when i went into the branch to collect i asked when the refund would be done the feedback is they were still processing the refund. It has now been 2 months later .still no feedback and still no refund .when into the call centre i get sent to another dept where i wait on the line for approx 10 mins no call centre agent. I am a dissatisfied service from a bank iv been with for 6 years now.
