I lodged a claim on Friday morning 12 July 2013. Khensani assisted me and promised to get back to me on Monday 15 July 2013. I called her on her direct number that she gave me on Friday at 11:39. She was 'busy on a call'. I left a message for her to call me back urgently. I tried calling her again at 13:51 - she was not at her desk (unavailable).

To date I have NOT YET received any feedback regarding the pay out for my claim - ref nr 557077493/03 and I expected her to finalise the claim ASAP. Since she has clearly NO interest in contacting me, I now INSIST that her supervisor call me on Tuesday 16 July 2013 with a date for the pay out.

Failing this, I will resort to the Ombudsman and other options to make people aware of the NON EXISTANCE of service delivery from Telesure.

You have NO PROBLEM in taking my money every month, but when I need to you come to the party with a legit claim, you vanish like mist in the sun! Maybe my money should also vanish like mist in the sun come end of the month...
