Nedbank does not want to Update my Status on ITC

I had a loan account with Nedbank and settled it on the 27th of March 2013, to date Nedbank has not yet updated ITC that the account is paid up and closed. I have logged a complaint with the NRR department over a month ago and have been following up with them almost every week I keep getting the same story that my query is still pending and awaiting their Admin department to send it to ITC. No one can give me the time frame of how long this will take and they cannot even give me the Admin departments number so i can find out for myself. I have the paid up letter dated 27 March 2013, all i am asking is Nedbank please update the status of the account on ITC.
