Personal loan taken with nedbank

I took a personal loan and I settle it in march 2013, and nedbank personal loan says I have settle it in may 2013, and I defaulted in april 2013 .
how would I have defaulted in april 2013 if I have settled the loan in March 2013 . nedbank has realised it a system error but they have listed me as default and I am being denied a loan due to default of which it was not my problem, I have paid them in march 2013 . now no one respond to me, my account is 1352082101 and id is 6903095506084, my life has come to the end because nedbank has listed me as default which is not true. my number is 0826465668
