Workmanship Quality

My vehicle was in for accident repair and was returned as if quality assessment was done. I telephoned Mark at the Telesure Office at 309 Point Road and i explained my side of the story. He met with me yesterday and sorted out my frustration regarding the workmanship on my vehicle. Mark has been helpful, co-operative, dedicated and pleasant. He assisted me at short notice notwithstanding his work commitments at Budget Insurance. His assistance can only be described as professional, for which I remain totally grateful. The quality of his working skills is of a very high standard. I also wish to state that Marks approach towards customer service his remarkable. It is definitely a pleasure for me to deal with Budget Insurance.
